Shipping & Delivery

 

All orders will be shipped USPS First Class shipping via large envelope mailer or box depending on the size of your order.

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.

  • Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be processed on Monday.

  • Once shipped First Class please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.

  • Shipping notifications will be emailed with tracking information as soon as it is shipped out.

My item was delivered but I don't have it!?

 

Even though this is an unlikely scenario here is the skinny in case it does! As the shipper, we accept full liability for the care of your order until it has been turned over to USPS, at which point all delivery claims and inquiries are processed through the USPS claim management system. All claims are subject to USPS scrutiny and deliberation. USPS is liable for all packages lost in transit; refunds are issued via USPS within 30 days of an approved claim submission. All packages marked successfully delivered by USPS are not subject to refund inquiries.

If your tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you do not have it, we recommend first checking with your local postal delivery person to see if they placed your package  somewhere around your residence. Like maybe on the front porch in the event it wouldn't fit in your mailbox! If your postal carrier does not remember or indicates they left a package somewhere that it no longer is, we recommend filing a claim with USPS immediately on their website here

If your tracking information does not indicate that your package has been delivered, and appears to be "stuck" somewhere in transit, first check with your local post office using the tracking number as reference. Sometimes, packages are held there and tracking info is not updated to indicate it is being held. If your local post office does not have your package, either you as the recipient or we as the shipper can file a claim with USPS on their website here

What does Vintage mean?

 

All Vintage items on the site are one of a kind finds! These are items loved and lived in from a previous decade. Due to their past lives these items will not be in new condition though ZNTC strives to find quality vintage in the the best condition! While curating our Vintage finds we search for items inspired my music and pop culture trends from the 50's through the late 90's. Our vintage items are nearly impossible to restock so if you love it...get it! We wouldn't want you to miss out on that once in a life time item!





Who Handmakes and dyes the items on ZNTC?

All handmade and hand dyed items on ZNTC are made in the USA by the owner/operator of ZNTC (the person typing this). All handmade jewelry items are made with love and all stones are charged with moonlight. All hand dyed items are created using the highest quality of professional dyes and washes to insure the permanence of the pigments. Though the colors are permanent that will fade over time and all hand dyed items should be washed separately.  

Exchanges/Returns

ZNTC does not accept returns at this time.

ZNTC is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from an exchange/return.

Damage or condition issues should be submitted for a case by case inquiry within 24 hours of receiving package.
